Fellowship Application for Nomination Guidelines

Healthcare Professional
-Advanced Degree preferred. If no advanced degree, deep expertise and experience required.
-Health and Data Experience: Have spent at least 10 years in data management and/or healthcare and the last few years in a leadership role.

Academics / Researcher - same as above except:
-Health and Data Experience: Serve as faculty/researcher at a fully accredited college or university in a data management or healthcare capacity.

Graduate Student - same as above except:
-Be presently enrolled in a master's or doctoral degree program (or other post-baccalaureate degree) of an accredited college/university.
-Healthcare Experience: Have spent at least 8-10 years in data management and/or healthcare and the last few years in a leadership role.

Nurse Non-Executive - same as above except:
-CNA, LPN, RN, and NPs.
-Health and Data Experience: Have spent 10 years in data management and/or healthcare and the last few years in a managerial/team lead role.
