But what if addressing these upstream issues could reduce chronic conditions, ER visits, and hospital readmissions?

Fellows will highlight innovative and new strategies to do so, enabled by new, production level, open source, ISO standards-track technology. These new strategies are aimed at mitigating risks of phishing, ransomware, and patient privacy violations.
